Event Manager

Event Manager helps you plan and organize tournaments you host — youth, high school, college, duals, and more.

Important: Registration is handled outside Your Team Manager. Use this tool for the plan and flyer; use your usual registration site for entries and payments.

How to open it

In the side menu, select Event Manager.

What you can do

• Select + New event (or Create event) to start a tournament plan.
• Build a flyer from a simple template.
• Filter the list by Status (for example Active) and Refresh when you need an updated list.

Tips

• Keep hosted events here, and keep everyday practices and duals on the Calendar.
• Share the flyer with parents and clubs, then point them to your external registration link.
